The rooms are just so cozy and inviting, especially with the peek-a-book tub and shower. It felt like a luxurious, intimate retreat for a romantic getaway, which we absolutely loved.

The peek-a-book feature might not be everyone's cup of tea, but we found it quirky and fun.

Great location near public transport, comfortable and modern rooms with spacious bathrooms. The staff was attentive, with a helpful and welcoming attitude. Complimentary snacks and mini-bar items were a nice touch. Relaxing lobby atmosphere with cozy lighting and delicious tea and coffee always available.

The Hyatt Centric Wall Street exceeded our expectations as a family-friendly hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and attractively designed. The bathroom was exceptional, and our kids loved the spaciousness. The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with champagne to celebrate a birthday. We appreciated the complimentary mini-bar , which was a thoughtful touch. Late check-out was hassle-free. We will definitely return.

The hotel is conveniently located close to subways and the Statue of Liberty, in a less crowded, more local area. Rooms are spacious and quiet, with electric blackout shades and comfortable beds. The complimentary soft drinks and wine hour are a nice touch, as are the free non-alcoholic minibar drinks.

Room service can be haphazardly put together, with inconsistencies such as cold milk for oatmeal or only one set of utensils for two people.

Staff were attentive; hotel was lovely, peaceful location in the Financial District. Facilities were good too. Everything was simply perfect.

The hotel is clean, the staff is accommodating, and the room is fashionable. The rooms with great shower as well as a big TV. Early check-in and amazing customer service. Central location, not very far from World Trade Center Memorial Foundation.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the financial district and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated in a very busy area with lots to see and do. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic stay. From the friendly and welcoming check-in experience with Alba to the thoughtful gesture of sending champagne for my birthday, the staff made me feel truly special. The spacious rooms were a delight, and the free mini bar and Nespresso in the lobby were a great touch. I also appreciated the availability of tea, coffee, and delicious snacks throughout my stay, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bathrooms were pristine, further adding to the overall luxurious experience. I will definitely be back to this hotel in the future.

We loved this hotel, we stayed there four nights, fifth night at the W in Times Square, was a bad experience, it made us appreciate the Andaz Hyatt even more. staff is very attentive, available and doesn't look down on you. rooms: large and clean enough, comfortable bedding, huge king size bed, large TV too, various storage spaces for those who stay for a long time, snacks (cereal bar and chocolate bar) drinks (water and soft drinks) free and renewed every day, small hygiene kit for my 1 year old baby while he stays for free. Breakfast: very good and varied, people please stop saying that it is cheaper outside, bagel and a coffee for 8 dollars is not cheaper! it is eating less, you have breakfast in the reservation it is cheaper and you eat well, coffee with cream, orange juice, toast, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, yoghurt, cheese etc. all served by a very nice staff who remember what you take from the second day. There is also coffee (milk, cream) tea and cakes in the hall, convenient so that you don't have to buy coffee in the afternoon. Location: far from Times Square, central park but close to all that is 9/11 memorial, Statue of Liberty, Wall street, Brooklyn is closer too. subway is 50 m away and you can reach up town in 20 minutes. Small thanks to the team of the reception which filled me the bottle of milk of the small in the afternoon and 2 bottles of the evening for my two children.

The cleaning ladies could be more smiling, and be more careful with cleaning (hair left on the bathroom floor) for his defense black bathroom we can not see well. I had a great experience at this hotel in the Financial District. The location was perfect for me, near many subway stations, and even though it’s in a very busy area, it was really quiet at night. The staff was really helpful, and they had great service, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room had all the amenities I needed, including heating and air conditioning, an ironing board, a sitting area, and a safe. The restaurant was really good, with a nice dining table and a bar/lounge area. The buffet breakfast was awesome, with lots of options to choose from.

I have nothing negative to say about this place. I recommend it to everyone, it was a great stay!

Nothing, except the king size bed not really comfortable because it's probably too old.

Excellent bedding! Clean room. Exceptional breakfast. The staff is adorable . THE real plus: Coffee, tea and biscuits at all times at the reception desk.

The only drawback is the geographical situation, despite the very close metro station, the district is not very charming.

The location of the hotel is great and quiet. The room is very spacious, the staff is attentive. The most we appreciated are the free non-alcoholic drinks.

Good value for money, size of the rooms, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, permanent buffet of hot drinks and cookies.

Soundproofing between rooms is very bad (you can hear everything) and internet access is very slow.

The rooms at this hotel were surprisingly spacious and clean, with stylish accessories and well-appointed bathrooms. It was a refreshing change from the typically small hotel rooms in the Financial District. Additionally, the complimentary happy hour provided a nice touch before exploring the nearby parks and restaurants. Plus, the location was great for visiting the 9/11 memorial and ferries.

There were a few drawbacks to note. the lighting in the rooms was quite dim, making it difficult to do makeup.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric on Wall Street for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Kim and Kyle, were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with plenty of attractions and dining options nearby. The staff promptly resolved any issues I had, such as a shower leak and glitchy safe. my stay was enjoyable and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the subway and within a 20-minute ride to Central Park and Times Square. Being just a 10-minute walk away from the ferry to the Statue of Liberty was also a major plus. the room was incredibly spacious and the staff were always willing to assist. the complimentary drinks from the mini bar, breakfast or chocolate bar, and free tea and coffee in the reception were delightful perks.

The hotel charged a hefty destination fee or resort fee, which was an unexpected expense. It would have been better if this additional fee was clearly stated upfront.

Beautiful architecture and warm staff. The room was recently remodeled and incredibly spacious. The location is perfect for business trips. The buffet breakfast offered many delicious options. I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Centric. I would definitely recommend it.

The elegant sky Lounge and Roof Terrace with BBQs offered stunning views of the city skyline. As I relaxed in the cosy Andaz robes and slippers, available upon request, with a Sleep Menu by my side, it felt like floating on a cloud of luxury.
